The DB-70 automatic baling and coating integrated machine is a marvel of engineering, composed of intricate components such as feeding, baling, conveying, and enveloping parts. The process begins as feed enters the fixed bin at the front. Once the bales achieve optimal compactness in the fixed chamber, an alert signals the cessation of feeding, activating the rope winding mechanism. The machine deftly ties and automatically cuts the net rope, efficiently discharging the grass bales to the conveyor. The rotating frame then envelops the bales, wrapping them in dual forage membranes. Upon reaching the pre-set wrapping layers, the envelope device seamlessly breaks the membrane, and the cylinder lifts the finished bale off the rotating frame, gently placing it onto the ground.
This advanced machinery, designed for green storage feed silage, offers full automation, significantly saving time and labor. A single operator or duo can effortlessly manage its operation. Beyond traditional forage like corn straw and sweet potato vine, it efficiently processes various agricultural by-products into valuable livestock feed. Once enveloped, these bales withstand seasonal changes, sun exposure, and rainfall, retaining their quality for 1-2 years even when stored outdoors.
