The DB-70 automatic baling and coating integrated machine epitomizes innovation with its comprehensive design. It consists of feeding, baling, conveying, and enveloping components. With precision, feed passes into the fixed bin via the machine's front. Upon reaching the desired compactness between fixed and moving chambers, the motor signals readiness through a preset current value and alarm. Thereafter, feeding halts, initiating the rope winding process. The machine secures the bale by tying and automatically cuts the net rope. The chamber opens immediately, placing the bundle precisely as grass bales advance from the conveyor to the rotating frame. This frame rotates the straw bales, activating the enveloping process. Twin forage membranes wrap around each bale. Upon achieving the set layers, the rotating frame halts, and the envelope system automatically breaks the membrane. The cylinder elevates the membrane-covered bale from the rotating rack, gently releasing it onto the ground.
This machine excels in baling and coating green storage feed silage with full automation, ensuring effortless operation. It allows one or two individuals to operate seamlessly.
