The DB-70 model is an innovative automatic baling and coating integrated machine. It flawlessly combines multiple functionalities including feeding, baling, conveying, and enveloping. The process initiates by feeding the fixed bin at the machine's forefront. Once the bales achieve optimal compactness, the motor current hits a preset level, triggering an alarm. At this juncture, feeding halts as the rope winding device activates, efficiently tying the rope around the bale. Upon completion, the net rope is automatically severed, promptly opening the chamber. The secured bales advance from the conveyor to the rotating frame, which expertly spins the bales as the enveloping begins. Dual forage membranes elegantly wrap around the bales, and when the pre-set layers are attained, the rotation ceases, allowing for automatic membrane breaking. The cylinder then lifts the wrapped bale, effortlessly unloading it onto the ground.
This remarkable machine is engineered for full automation in green storage feed silage baling and coating, maximizing efficiency and minimizing labor. With just one or two operators, it effortlessly processes not only traditional forage like corn straw and sweet potato vine but also agricultural by-products such as wheat straw, leaves, and sunflower plates, transforming them into premium livestock feed.
