Its intricate components, such as feeding, baling, conveying, and enveloping parts, work in perfect harmony. As the bales reach optimal compactness within the chambers, the system alerts with a preset current value, signaling feeding cessation. The rope winding device elegantly commences, tying the net with precision. Upon completion, the net rope is automatically severed, the chamber opens seamlessly, and the bale is perfectly bundled. Transported via conveyor to the rotating frame, the bale undergoes meticulous wrapping with two forage membranes. Once the desired layers are achieved, the envelope device halts, membranes are expertly severed, and the bale is gracefully unloaded, ready for storage.
Our DB70 machine is engineered for superior efficiency, transforming green storage feed silage baling and coating into a fully automated process, reducing labor requirements to just one or two operators. Beyond traditional forage like corn straw and sweet potato vines, it can adeptly handle agricultural by-products such as wheat straw, leaves, and sunflower plates. The enveloped bales are resilient, unaffected by seasonal fluctuations, and can be sustainably stored outdoors for up to two years, enduring sun, rain, and groundwater exposure.
