The process begins as forage is introduced into the machine's fixed bin. As the bales reach the ideal compactness, the machine's motor current activates a pre-set alarm, signaling the halting of feeding. This initiates the sophisticated rope winding process, swiftly followed by the automatic cutting of the net rope. The chamber then opens, ensuring the perfectly bundled bales are transported onto the conveyor rack. With precision, the rotating frame engages, enveloping the bales with dual forage membranes to the desired layer count. Upon completion, the rotating frame ceases motion, the envelope device automatically severs the membrane, and the cylinder gently releases the wrapped bales, ready for effortless unloading to the ground.
This state-of-the-art machine is adept at green storage feed silage baling and coating, offering complete automation that remarkably conserves time and labor.
